• Invoices - to be paid within 7 days of receipt and paid either cash or standing order we reserve the right to cease all services if payment is not paid and a late fee of 15% of the invoice total added each week payments late.
  • Cancellation - must give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your service or you will be charge for your entire clean. The same will apply you will be charged in full if the client fails to provide access to the service premises.
  • Complaints -To be notified within 24hours after completion of the work carried out and a chance to rectify.
  • We kindly request that all deep cleaning payments be made in full by midnight before your scheduled cleaning. Please ensure that you have made your payment to avoid any inconvenience or disappointment, as deep cleaning services cannot be performed without prior payment.
