Yes, there are a few things that need to be done on your side prior to the service, in order for it to be carried out to the highest quality. Firstly, the property needs to be empty of personal belongings and the fridge/freezer emptied and defrosted. Secondly, it's best if all of the rubbish and leftovers have been bagged and binned. And lastly, we will need you to provide electricity, running hot water and working lights so that we can give you the best end of tenancy clean you can get.
